For account or payment questions, include the email address you sign in with and, for a specific payment, the transaction hash shown in your wallet’s activity feed — every paid call has one. Please never include an allowance token or any other credential in an email; we will never ask for one.

Security disclosures

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, we want to hear about it at the same address — put “security” in the subject line and we will prioritize it. Please report privately and give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure. See also /.well-known/security.txt.

Privacy requests

Requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information are handled per our Privacy Policy — email us from the address on your account so we can verify it is you.
